MailPost Pty Ltd ("IamPOST", "QuickCards", "we", "us", or "our") operates the QuickCards mobile application and related services connecting businesses requiring letterbox distribution with distributors.

We are bound by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. What Personal Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

Full name, email address, and mobile phone number
Account type (business or distributor)
Business details (company name, ABN) for business accounts

2.2 Location Data (Distributors Only)

GPS coordinates recorded during active delivery jobs
Device accuracy, speed, and heading at each location point
GPS-tagged delivery verification photos

Location tracking is ONLY active during an active delivery walk and remains active in the background until paused or completed.

2.3 Payment Information

Bank account or payment method details (processed securely via Stripe; card numbers are not stored on our servers)
Transaction records and earnings history

3. Why We Collect This Information

To create and manage your account
To match businesses with available distributors for delivery jobs
To verify delivery routes and generate proof-of-delivery reports
To process payments and maintain earnings records
To comply with Australian Consumer Law and "No Junk Mail" regulations

4. Your Rights & Account Deletion

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access, correct, or request full deletion of your personal account and associated data.

Request Account & Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of specific data (such as historical delivery trails or profile details) or request full account deletion without requiring account closure:

Send an email to info@quickcards.com.au (or privacy@iampost.com.au).
Include the subject line: Data and Account Deletion Request.
Specify whether you are requesting specific data deletion or full account closure.

All requested data or account profile details will be permanently erased from active servers within 30 days.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

We retain personal information and location data collected through the QuickCards application only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable laws and legal obligations. Once user data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized. Users may request the deletion of their personal account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team at info@quickcards.com.au or visiting the Account Deletion section above.

6. Data Security & Encryption

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS TLS 1.2 or higher
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
Database access is restricted by role and encrypted at rest
